1.PRINCIPLES AND OBJECTIVES

In this section we outline the principles and objectives of Autarchic Party.

1.1 Supporting party members in becoming independent and reaching full potential as independent human beings.

1.2 Maximum Reach, Growth and promotion of Autarchic Party and its policies.

1.3 Worldwide abolition of Nuclear weapons, elimination of Hunger and Starvation

1.4 Worldwide abolition of taxes for every human being.

1.5 Development of sustainable and economising economy in order to stop human slavery and the destruction of the planet.

1.6 Worldwide abolition of the current banking and financial system.

1.7 Support of maximum De bureaucratisation and abolition of governments.

1.8 Support and defence of human rights as outlined in Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

1.9 Creation and implementation of a new education system that will be centred on helping human beings on the route to maximum independence.

 

  1. MEMBERSHIP

In this section we out line all requirements for membership.

Irrespective of nationality, citizenship or place of residence, place of birth, sexual orientation, age or health condition, any human who:

2.1 Accepts this Constitution.

2.2 Is not a member of another political party.

2.3 Is not a current member or planning to become member of, or associated with, any organisation, or institutionin the following sectors:

  1. Military
  2. Financial
  3. Law enforcement
  4. Insurance
  5. State or local government
  6. Jurisprudence

2.4 The only acceptable exception to sections 2.2 and 2.3 is if the person in question is in the process of exiting or leaving any organisation, or institution described in sections 2.2 and 2.3.

2.5 Membership can only be granted by approval of party leader.

2.6 Every member has a responsibility to achieve the goals outlined by party in section 1 of this constitution, to the best of his or her ability.

2.7 Any member can request to cancel their membership. Also any member can request cancelation of membership of any other member if that member is in the conflict with sections 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 of this constitution.

2.8 Only the party leader can approve membership cancelation.

 

  1. FINANCE

In this section we outline all financial processes within the party.

3.1 Income of the party should only be generated from donations.

3.2 There should be no Employees of the party and all work that is done by members is considered to be done on voluntary basis without payment other then reasonable expenses.

3.4 At some time the party may need to contract someone for the provision of services that cannot be sourced within the party. All payments for such services must be approved by party leader or if the product / service is provided to the branch, by the branch leader.

3.5 Every memberis a sole decision maker with regards to the strategies of financial sourcing and expenses relevant to achievement of goals outlined in section 1 of this constitution.

3.6 Party membership must be free.  No one should ever demand a donation in order to receive membership or party branch status. All membership cancelations must be free of charge.

3.7 All donations to the party or any branch considered to be carried out with free will and the donor considered being familiar with and accepting all rules and conditions outlined in this constitution and party policies.

3.8 All branch finances must be kept in separate accounts from the main finances of the party and other branches.

3.9 All branch leaders solely responsible for sourcing donations to their branches and bear all responsibility on making decisions on expenses and the strategies of achieving party goals outlined in Section 1 of this constitution.

3.10 All goods and services that are purchased by any branch remain the property of that branch and responsibilities of paying for, using and disposing of those goods or services rest with the branch leader only.

  1. BRANCHES

In this section we explain how to operate branch, who can open up branch and what responsibility a branch leader has.

4.1 Any party member of age 18 or over can become a branch leader and open up the branch.

4.2 Only party leader can approve new branches.

4.3 All branch leaders are solely responsible for sourcing donations for their branches and bear all responsibility on making decisions on expenses and the strategies of achieving party goals outlined in Section 1 of this constitution.

4.4 All goods and services that are purchased by any branch remain property of that branch and responsibilities of paying for, using and disposing those goods or services rest with the branch leader only.

4.5 Branch leaders will be responsible for opening a bank account at the most convenient bank for their branch.

4.6 The party will provide new branch leaders with all necessary documents to prove affiliation to Autarchic party, so that there are no issues with opening a bank account for the new branch.

4.7 A branch cannot exist without a branch leader, if a branch leader leaves the party or has his/her membership cancelled and there is no one else nominated to be the leader of that branch, it is considered closed and the last branch leader will bear all responsibilities of extinguishing any liabilities and closing all accounts.

 

  1. NOMINATIONS AND STRUCTURE OF THE PARTY

The simple fact that no political party exists today which has same set of goals as the Autarchic Party as outlined in section 1 of this document. It is safe to assume that at the moment there is also no one worthy to stand as a leader of this party other than the leader who established the party.

5.1 A new party leader can only be nominated and appointed by the current party Leader.

5.2 In event of death or other situation where the party leader is not capable to run the party, title of leader will automatically be transferred to the next earliest registered member.

5.3 All members of the party are equal in their rights, duties and responsibilities to fulfil party objectives and following party rules and policies. When the time comes any member can stand for the role of party leader as per section 5.1 and 5.2.

5.4 The structure of the party is organised as an amalgamation of small independent unit branches, where every one of those branches is capable of functioning independently.

5.5 There is only one type of membership and any member can function in the role of party leader, branch leader, additional officer or being a member without any roles at all subject to the requirements set in section 5.1 and 5.2.

5.6 Additional officer is a title of a member who is appointed by the party leader or branch leader to overlook certain tasks.

5.7 Any member can nominate themselves or another member to be additional officer.

5.8 Any member can nominate themselves or another member to stand up for elections.

5.9 Only the party leader can approve members who will stand for elections.

 

  1. THE PARTY CONFERENCE AND MEETINGS

In this section we outline all information regarding party meetings and conferences, also it explains procedures for communication with press and public relations.

6.1 Party meetings can be organised at any time by any party member.

6.2 Meetings and conferences can take place in any public or private place or online.

6.3 Any communications with press or any other media representatives as well as press releases should only be organised by the party leader or someone appointed by the party leader.

  1. COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS

This section explains how we deal with complains and appeals.

8.1 All complains must be made in written form and submitted to the Party leader

8.2 We will try to deal with any complaints as soon as possible but we do not restrict ourselves to any time frame.

8.3You cannot appeal on behalf of someone else

8.4 You can only appeal or complain about administrative procedures within the party but not about party policies.
